The new regulatory provisions that came into force on July 01, 2018 (Decrees no. 2018-437 and no. 2018-438) stemming from Directive 2013/59/Euratom overhaul the organization of radiation protection for workers by creating, radiation protection competent bodies(OCR).
In this new organization, OCR is a certified body meeting the requirements of the Decree of December 18, 2019, positioning itself as an expert in radiation protection.
