Our company :
Biomediqa was founded in 2004 in Villeneuve d’Ascq (59) and has 30 employees throughout France.
Biomediqa specialises in radiation protection, marketing products and services in 4 areas: radiology, radiotherapy, nuclear medicine and dental radiology.
Mission:
He/she will provide medical physics analysis and consultancy services in the fields of radiology, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine for our customers, the health establishments.
Our physicist will also provide training to our customers in his area of expertise.
He or she will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s quality system and participate in the development of its services.
More specifically, the Physicist :
- Contribute to the implementation of quality assurance
- Contribute to the identification and management of risks associated with any procedure involving exposure to ionising radiation
- Contribute to the development, choice and use of techniques and equipment used in medical exposure to ionising radiation
- Contribute to the development of advice to limit exposure of patients, their families and the public, as well as any potential damage to the environment. In this capacity, he/she provides the information needed to estimate the dose delivered to those around him/her and to the public by a patient who has been administered radionuclides in unsealed or sealed sources.
- Will be likely to contribute to patient radiation protection missions (dose optimisation, etc.)
- Produce reports and monitor other files
- Participate in teaching and training medical and paramedical staff in the field of medical radiation physics and radiation protection
- Participate in the development of the department and the service offering (linked to DACS, calls for tender, identification of commercial business, etc.), as well as participating in or managing defined medical physics projects.
Profile required:
Candidates must hold the DQPRM and will already have experience as a Physicist.
